Steps
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

- Stir in the soy sauce, red chili flakes, black pepper, and salt to taste.
- Add the shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, and tofu to the pot, allowing everything to cook for another 10 minutes.
- Finally, stir in the chopped green onions, simmer for an additional 2 minutes, and remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
