- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped

Steps
- Wash the zucchini and slice them into thin half-moons, about 0.5 cm thick.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Remove the skillet from heat and fold in the chopped green onions.
