Ingredients

  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, toasted
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced shiitake and oyster mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender and browned.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped green onion and black pepper, and cook for another minute.
