Ingredients

  • Bean Sprouts - 200 grams

  • Green Onion - 1 stalk, chopped
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Rinse the bean sprouts under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the bean sprouts to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, mixing well.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the bean sprouts are tender but still crisp.
