  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce) - 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced zucchini, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet.
  3. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the skillet and continue to sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
  6. Once the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized, remove from heat.
  7. Serve the sautéed vegetables on a plate alongside ssamjang for dipping.
  8. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the veggies before serving.
