- Lettuce leaves (Butter or Romaine) - 8 large leaves

- Radish - 1 small, julienned
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, toasted
Steps
- In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and ssamjang, mixing well to combine with the beef, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and mix in chopped green onions.
- Prepare the lettuce leaves by rinsing them under cold water and patting dry with a paper towel.
- To assemble, place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto a lettuce leaf, add some cucumber and radish, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
