  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large
  • Kimchi - 100 grams
  • Cucumber (sliced thin) - 1/2
  • Carrot (julienned) - 1/2
  • Green onion (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
  • Sriracha (optional) - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the cucumber, julienne the carrot, and chop the green onion.
  5. Once the patties are done, assemble the burgers by placing each patty inside a large lettuce leaf.
