Steps

  1. Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the marinated tofu cubes in the skillet until golden and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Remove the tofu from the skillet and place it on a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
