Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 3 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced pork tenderloin, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated pork to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the sliced red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Stir in the chopped green onions and remove from heat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
