- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
