- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Soy sauce - 30 ml
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 15 grams
- Sesame oil - 10 ml
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves

- Green onion (chopped) - 2 stalks
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 10 ml
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1.5 cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu slices to the marinade and let them soak for at least 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated tofu slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and have grill marks.
- Remove the tofu from the grill and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
