- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Scallions, chopped - 2 stalks (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
