- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Spinach - 50 grams, fresh

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix gochujang with tomato sauce and minced garlic to create the spicy sauce.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and spread the spicy gochujang sauce evenly over the base.
- Layer the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and fresh spinach on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese evenly over the vegetables.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
