Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Gochujang - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce - 100 ml

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
  • Green onions - 2, chopped, for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix gochujang with tomato sauce and minced garlic to create the spicy sauce.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and spread the spicy gochujang sauce evenly over the base.
  6. Layer the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and fresh spinach on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese evenly over the vegetables.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  11. Slice and serve hot.
