  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Lettuce leaves - 2 for serving
  • Sliced cucumber - 1/2 for serving
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons (optional)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the bean sprouts, cooked quinoa, grated carrot, chopped green onion, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to the mixture, and mix until well combined.
