- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Lettuce leaves - 2 for serving
- Sliced cucumber - 1/2 for serving
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons (optional)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the bean sprouts, cooked quinoa, grated carrot, chopped green onion, and minced garlic.
