- Water - 200 milliliters
Steps
- Rinse the dried radish greens in cold water to remove any impurities and soak them in 200 milliliters of water for about 20 minutes until they are rehydrated and softened.
- Drain the soaked radish greens and squeeze out excess water gently.
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the rehydrated radish greens to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes, ensuring they are well-coated with the garlic and oil.
- Add soy sauce and red pepper flakes (if using), and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
