Ingredients

  • Dried radish greens - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Water - 200 milliliters

Steps

  1. Rinse the dried radish greens in cold water to remove any impurities and soak them in 200 milliliters of water for about 20 minutes until they are rehydrated and softened.
  2. Drain the soaked radish greens and squeeze out excess water gently.
  3. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the rehydrated radish greens to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes, ensuring they are well-coated with the garlic and oil.
  5. Add soy sauce and red pepper flakes (if using), and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
