Ingredients

  • dried radish greens - 50g
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • soy sauce (or coconut aminos for Paleo) - 1 tablespoon
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • water - 500ml

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring 500ml of water to a boil.
  2. Add the dried radish greens to the boiling water and blanch for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the radish greens and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched radish greens, sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.
  5. Toss all the ingredients together until the greens are well coated.
  6. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
