- Mackerel fillets - 200 grams
- Sea salt - 10 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Cucumber - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Radish - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mackerel fillets with sea salt, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- After marinating, place the mackerel fillets in a steaming basket and steam for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Once cooked, let the mackerel cool slightly before flaking it into bite-sized pieces.
