Steps
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water, then add the fresh spinach.
- Blanch the spinach for about 30 seconds until wilted, then immediately transfer it to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Once cooled, drain the spinach thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the drained spinach to the bowl and toss gently to coat the spinach evenly with the seasoning.
