Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach - 200 grams
  • Firm tofu - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Water - 50 ml

Steps

  1. Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water and drain.
  2. Cut the firm tofu into small cubes.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the pan and lightly fry for 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown on all sides.
  5. Stir in the spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and water, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and remove from heat.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
