- Fresh spinach - 200 grams
- Firm tofu - 100 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Water - 50 ml
Steps
- Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water and drain.
- Cut the firm tofu into small cubes.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the tofu cubes to the pan and lightly fry for 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown on all sides.
- Stir in the spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in the soy sauce and water, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and remove from heat.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
