Ingredients
- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons

- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
- Carrot - 50 grams, grated
- Kimchi - 100 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Black pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - for frying
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into a bowl.
- Add sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion to the crumbled tofu. Mix well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
