Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 200 grams
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegan cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds (toasted) - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Stir in the soy sauce, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  7. Spread the sautéed spinach mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
