Ingredients

  • Nori seaweed sheets - 4 sheets
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Toasted sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Lay the nori sheets flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the oil mixture evenly over each nori sheet using a pastry brush.
  5. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds evenly on top of the nori sheets.
  6. Cut the nori sheets into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy but not burnt.
