  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Cucumber (sliced) - 1/2 medium
  • Sriracha sauce (optional) - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
