  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes to lightly crisp it.
  5. In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create a sauce.
  6. Spread the sauce evenly over the pre-baked pizza crust.
  7. Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
