  • Squid - 100 grams, cleaned and sliced
  • Mussels - 100 grams, cleaned
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Gochujang - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to create a sauce.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, squid, and mussels, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until they are just cooked through. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Spread the gochujang sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Arrange the cooked seafood, red bell pepper, and chopped green onion on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings.
  8. Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
