Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and red chili flakes to create a marinade.
