Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 200 grams

  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and red chili flakes to create a marinade.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, gently tossing to coat each piece. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the marinated tofu cubes to the skillet, cooking until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
