  • Carrot - 1 tablespoon, finely diced
  • Zucchini - 1 tablespoon, finely diced

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined.
  2. Add water, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to the eggs and whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped green onion, diced carrot, and zucchini.
