- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 500 ml

- Tofu (firm) - 100 grams, cubed
- Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 100 grams, sliced
Steps
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sliced Korean radish and zucchini, cooking for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the gochugaru, soy sauce, and mushrooms. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and tofu, cooking for an additional 5 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in the chopped green onions before serving.
