- Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
- Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
- Squid - 100 grams, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Korean chili flakes (Gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
- Low-sodium soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, combine water, garlic, ginger, low-sodium soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, and green onion to the pot. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Add shrimp, mussels, and squid to the pot. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and mussels have opened.
- Stir in Korean chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
