Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
  • Squid - 100 grams, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Korean chili flakes (Gochugaru) - 1 tablespoon
  • Low-sodium soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large pot, combine water, garlic, ginger, low-sodium soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, and green onion to the pot. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  3. Add shrimp, mussels, and squid to the pot. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and mussels have opened.
  4. Stir in Korean chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
