Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochugaru, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cleaned shrimp to the marinade and mix well to ensure the shrimp are fully coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. After marinating, transfer the shrimp mixture to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
