Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 300 grams
  • Carrot - 50 grams
  • Green onion - 2 stalks
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • All-purpose flour - 50 grams
  • Cornstarch - 20 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Peel and grate the potatoes using a box grater or food processor.
  3. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, grated carrot, chopped green onions, minced garlic, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Gradually add water while mixing until you achieve a thick batter consistency.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
  7. Spread the potato mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray, forming a flat layer.
  8. Drizzle the top with a little more vegetable oil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
