- Pork Belly - 200 grams, sliced into thin strips
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Maple Syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green Onions - 2, chopped
- Red Bell Pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Cilantro - a handful, chopped
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
- Add the pork belly strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the pork is marinating, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough and season with a pinch of salt.
- Bake the pizza crust in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated pork belly for about 5-7 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the cooked pork belly evenly over the top.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and chopped green onions on top of the pork.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds before slicing and serving.
