Ingredients

  • Shaved ice - 2 cups
  • Sweetened red bean paste (pat) - 100 grams
  • Fresh strawberries - 100 grams, sliced
  • Banana - 1 medium, sliced
  • Mango - 1 medium, diced
  • Condensed milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Almond flakes - 2 tablespoons
  • Matcha powder - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Prepare the shaved ice by either using a shaved ice machine or finely crushing ice cubes.
  2. In two serving bowls, layer the shaved ice evenly.
  3. Spoon the sweetened red bean paste over the shaved ice, distributing it evenly.
  4. Top the dessert with sliced strawberries, banana slices, and diced mango.
  5. Drizzle condensed milk over the top of the fruits and red bean.
