Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 100 grams
  • Rice flour - 50 grams
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Green onions - 100 grams, chopped
  • Carrot - 50 grams, grated
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish with vegetable oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rice flour, water, and egg until smooth.
  3. Add chopped green onions, grated carrot, diced red bell pepper, salt, and black pepper to the batter, mixing well.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Drizzle vegetable oil over the top of the mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
