  • Zucchini (julienned) - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Green onion (chopped) - 30 grams
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Gochujang (Korean red chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat to high and add the sliced squid, frying for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
  4. Add the julienned zucchini and sliced red bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then pour the mixture over the squid and vegetables.
  6. Stir well to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Add chopped green onions, black pepper, and sesame seeds, stirring to combine before removing from heat.
