Ingredients
- Nori sheets - 2

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the nori sheets into bite-sized pieces, approximately 5x5 cm squares.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, sesame oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Brush both sides of each nori piece with the oil mixture using a pastry brush.
- Place the nori pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the nori chips are crispy and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
