- Adzuki beans - 100 grams
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 50 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch

Steps
- Rinse the adzuki beans under cold water and soak them in water for 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the soaked beans and place them in a pot with 400 ml of fresh water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer the beans for about 30 minutes, or until they are soft. Add more water if needed to keep them submerged.
- Once cooked, drain excess water and return the beans to the pot. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Mash the beans lightly, leaving some whole for texture.
- In a separate saucepan, gently heat the coconut milk until warm. Stir in a pinch of salt and mix well.
- To serve, place a generous scoop of the sweetened bean mixture into a bowl and pour the warm coconut milk over it. Optionally, garnish with chopped nuts and fresh fruit.
