Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, coconut aminos, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the zucchini, carrot, and bell pepper to the skillet, stirring well. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
