Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the dried anchovies and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the coconut aminos, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
