Steps
- Rinse the dried anchovies under cold water to remove excess salt and drain well.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the rinsed anchovies to the saucepan and stir gently to coat them in the sauce.
