- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Button mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Korean chili paste (gochujang) - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Kimchi - 50 grams, chopped
- Nori seaweed - 1 sheet, cut into strips
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced shiitake and button mushrooms to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and vegetable broth. Let simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with chopped kimchi and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with nori strips, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro before serving.
