- Sweet potato noodles (dangmyeon) - 100 grams
- Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 150 grams, sliced

- Spinach - 100 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the spinach and cooked sweet potato noodles. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the noodle and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top of the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
