Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Sweet potato noodles (dangmyeon) - 100 grams
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 150 grams, sliced
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1, sliced
  • Carrot - 1, julienned
  • Spinach - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the spinach and cooked sweet potato noodles. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  7. Spread the noodle and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top of the pizza.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
