Steps
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.

- Remove the mugwort from the pot and immediately immerse it in ice water to stop the cooking process.
- After 2 minutes, drain the mugwort and gently squeeze out excess water.

- Toss the mixture until the mugwort is evenly coated with the seasoning.
