Steps

  1. Rinse the mugwort thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

  4. Add the mugwort to the skillet, stirring well to coat it with the garlic and oil.
