Ingredients
- Dried seaweed (miyeok) - 20g
- Water - 4 cups (1 liter)
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Tofu (firm, diced) - 150g
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Soak the dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes until it softens, then drain and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pot, add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the soaked seaweed to the boiling water and reduce the heat to medium.
- Stir in the minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Gently add the diced tofu and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
