- Pork neck (moksal) - 300 grams
- Soy sauce - 30 ml
- Honey - 15 grams
- Sesame oil - 10 ml
- Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
- Ginger, grated - 5 grams
- Black pepper - 1 gram
- Green onion, chopped - 2 stalks
- Sesame seeds - 5 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
- Kimchi - 100 grams
- Cooked rice - 150 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the pork neck into 1.5 cm thick slices and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated pork slices on the grill.
- Grill the pork for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve the grilled pork with lettuce leaves for wrapping, alongside kimchi and cooked rice.
