Ingredients

  • Pork neck (moksal) - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Honey - 15 grams
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
  • Ginger, grated - 5 grams
  • Black pepper - 1 gram
  • Green onion, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Sesame seeds - 5 grams
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
  • Kimchi - 100 grams
  • Cooked rice - 150 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the pork neck into 1.5 cm thick slices and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated pork slices on the grill.
  4. Grill the pork for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
  5. Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve the grilled pork with lettuce leaves for wrapping, alongside kimchi and cooked rice.
