Ingredients
- Miyeok (dried seaweed) - 20 grams
- Tofu (firm) - 100 grams
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 500 ml
Steps
- Soak the dried miyeok in 500 ml of water for about 10 minutes until it expands and becomes tender.
- Drain the miyeok and rinse under cold water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- While the miyeok is soaking, dice the firm tofu into small cubes.
- In a pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the diced tofu to the pan and cook until lightly golden, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a large bowl, combine the soaked miyeok, sautéed tofu, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chopped green onion.
- Toss gently to mix all the ingredients together, then sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
