- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cleaned mushrooms to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Remove the mushrooms from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have grill marks.
