  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, crumbled tofu, grated carrot, sliced green onion, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the filling.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the filling mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the filling.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza for added flavor and moisture.
