- Carrot, finely diced - 1 small
- Bok choy, chopped - 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a medium bowl, mix the vegetable broth, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place the mandu in a baking dish and pour the broth mixture over them.
- Top the mandu with the diced carrot and chopped bok choy.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the mandu are heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
