  • Mandu (Korean dumplings) - 10 pieces
  • Vegetable broth - 250 ml
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Carrot, finely diced - 1 small
  • Bok choy, chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the vegetable broth, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place the mandu in a baking dish and pour the broth mixture over them.
  4. Top the mandu with the diced carrot and chopped bok choy.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the mandu are heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
